Steve Gemell has over thirty years mine engineering experience in Australia, Asia, Africa, Americas, and Europe. He is a fellow of the AusIMM and Member of the American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineers.
Bruce Gordon is a partner with PKF and provides audit and corporate advisory services to publicly listed & private mining and energy companies and multi-nationals.
Ian Daymond sits on the NSW Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Committee having been a long-time member of the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association.
John Quinn is a director of The Capital Group which provides communications services, specifically; investor relations to local and international Mining & Energy companies operating throught the South East Asian region.
Quentin Amos has extensive experience in structuring mining resource commodity transactions. From being a mine geologist to the global head of corporate advisory he has worked with the likes of Rothschild, HSBC and HVB Unicredit.
Clive Trist is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has an international reputation in CEO roles, Chairman and non-executive director appointments.wisdom
