Richard Sterling, Managing Director

Richard Sterling has extensive executive search experience gained as a principal consultant and practice director with International and Australian executive search firms. His wide-ranging background includes local and worldwide clients in the industry sectors including; mining, oil & gas, infrastructure and financial services. Working closely with clients Richard puts a strong emphasis on understanding the strategic, financial, political and operational issues. This is underpinned by his first hand knowledge of the risks associated with attracting and retaining key executives as well as the challenges of staffing projects throughout their life cycle.

Robert Bozek, Practice Director

Robert has worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte in Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific and South East Asia on a number of major infrastructure and development projects. He has a comprehensive background in international executive search for global clients in a range of industry sectors including; oil & gas, mining, utilities, and infrastructure. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Business Administration from the AGSM focusing on Finance and Corporate Strategy
